Location: Saratoga County

Schedule: Full-Time • Monday–Friday • On-Call Rotation

Pay: $28–$30/hour (based on experience) + Bonus Potential

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our apartment community. In this role, you’ll oversee a skilled team, ensure our property is safe and well-maintained, and deliver outstanding service to our residents. What You’ll Do

Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team to deliver top-notch service.

Oversee preventive maintenance, unit turns, and work orders to keep our community in peak condition.

Ensure resident service requests are handled quickly, professionally, and with care.

Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and maintenance supplies.

Enforce safety standards and keep the property safe, compliant, and well-organized.

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies (with extra pay).

What We’re Looking For

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs

Previous supervisory or lead maintenance experience preferred

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff

Comfortable using property management software (we’ll train you on RealPage)

Must be able to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs regularly), climbing ladders/stairs, and use of tools/equipment. Safety-first mindset is a must.
