Position Summary The Logistics Coordinator's primary duty is tracking and tracing of shipments for our customers. This individual will also schedule appointments, update shipment status information and customer quotes, and enter data into our systems. The Logistics Coordinator will work with customers and other operations departments to provide resolutions as needed. The use of several different programs and systems is required, so a quick learner with the ability to multi-task and adapt will excel in this role. There is the possibility of special projects assigned by leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Track and trace shipments
• Update shipment status information
• Update customer quotes in our system
• Data entry of full truckload information
• Schedule appointments
• Regular special projects as assigned by leadership
• Work with customers or other operations departments as needed to provide resolutions.
• Other administrative duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
