Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule is mostly 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with some schedules running 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• 5x8 schedule.
• Average PT caseload is 10 to 12 patients per day.
• EMR: Prompt.
