Youth Leader Position
Stanwood Community Church is seeking a part-time Youth Leader to oversee and implement ministry for approximately 10 students ranging from ages 11 to 19. Working alongside a volunteer team, the Youth Leader will facilitate leading three weekly gatherings:
Sunday Morning: Sunday School
Sunday Evening: All-youth gathering
Wednesday Evening: High school Bible study
The 15–20 weekly hours anticipation includes lesson preparation time, administrative tasks, and staff meetings.
Requirements for Consideration:
A devoted Christ follower able to meaningfully connect with youth and their families.
A collaborative leadership style suited for a team environment.
Full alignment with the church's Statement of Faith.
Willingness to become a Stanwood Community Church member, as all ministry leadership roles require membership.
