This role will be best suited to an experienced aesthetician who has experience in sales, self-management, portfolio building, and concierge level customer service. Type: Full Time or Part Time Compensation: Varies with Experience Jump to form Job Responsibilities And Expectations Provide patients with complete aesthetic consultation Ability to discuss with patients management plan Medical history and physical exam to determine candidacy for aesthetic treatments Documentation of medical history and physical exam in secure EMR Documentation of all communication with patients related to medical procedures Proper consent for procedures Ability to formulate an aesthetic treatment plan including need for injectables Identify and manage aesthetic related adverse events and contraindications to procedures Ability to handle basic medical emergencies in office setting Self-learning Ability to attend off site trainings Facial treatment and skin care inventory, ordering and waste prevention Assist in creation of protocols for safety Assist in creation and organization of training schedule At advanced level assist in training future aestheticians Cultivate a loyal patient following Participate in company marketing Follow office policy and protocol for aesthetic treatments Collaborate with other staff to advance self and others in knowledge base Maintain all patients on appropriate skin care Aesthetic procedures including chemical peels, advanced HydraFacial, Microneedling with and without energy, PRP, Laser resurfacing and Broad Band Light. Assist in body contouring procedures: radiofrequency skin tightening, Coolsculpting, Cooltone Requirements 3 year minimum in Medical Spa environment as a provider Experience in one or several of the following services or similar devices: HydraFacial, IPL/BBL, SkinPen, dermaplaning, ultrasound facial, Venus Versa, Venus Viva, CoolSculpting, laser hair removal, chemical peels, general medical grade facials. Product knowledge and ability to create skincare packages tailored to clients. Strong communication skills and drive to go above and beyond in customer service.
