SHIFT LEADER

Shift LeaderJackies International is currently seeking for a Shift Leader who will consistently deliver strong sales and service results. Offering a superior customer experience is our store's No. 1 priority, and this location serves more than 100 customers each day. The successful candidate will ensure that the store is properly staffed, team members are on task, and shelves are clean, organized and well-stocked. We are counting on you to keep the business operating smoothly during your assigned shift. If you are passionate about working in a retail environment, we look forward to hearing from you.Responsibilities:Open and close registers for staff members, count register drawers, and resolve cash overages and shortagesEnsure the shift is adequately staffedDevelop and assign tasks to staff members, oversee completion of tasksResolve customer issues and approve exceptions to policy for coupons, returns, etc.Train new hires and create development opportunities for experienced staff membersProvide recognition and constructive feedback throughout the shift as appropriate
