Job Summary: We are looking for a Report Developer that has experience with Microsoft’s SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT), Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Server. The Report Developer will lead the effort to gather requirements from business users, design/implement ETL packages using SSIS, design/implement dashboards/paginated reports/visualizations using Power BI Desktop and SSDT to meet the business user’s requirements. The Report Developer will also use other tools, such as Microsoft’s SQL Server database, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Required Skills:
- Five years’ experience with SQL.
- Five years’ experience with Microsoft’s SQL Server Database.
- Three years’ experience with Microsoft’s SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Three years’ experience with Microsoft’s SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT).
- Three years’ experience with Microsoft’s Power BI Desktop.
- Two years’ experience with Microsoft’s Power BI Report Server.
- Two years’ experience with Microsoft’s SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Two years’ experience with Microsoft’s Excel.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Unemployment Insurance (UI) Benefits.
- Experience with Dimensional Modeling.
- Experience with Power BI’s Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
- Experience with Microsoft’s SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
- Experience with a programming language, such as C#, Python or Visual Basic.
- Experience with IBM’s DB2 LUW.
- Experience with Microsoft’s SharePoint.
- Experience with Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools, such as Informatica and WhereScape.
