Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax Associate in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in tax practice, with experience or coursework in pass-through entities and corporate tax. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment. Duties Provide legal advice on tax-related matters. Conduct research and analysis on tax issues. Draft and review legal documents related to tax law. Collaborate with clients and colleagues on tax planning strategies. Requirements Experience in federal tax controversy is a plus. Solid law firm experience preferred. CPA background is strongly encouraged. LL.M in tax is a plus but not required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
