Primary Responsibilities Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Internal Management team to qualify and prioritize open positions across the entire organization. Utilize tools and resources from the web‑based applicant tracking system to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's overall recruiting function. Continually source candidates and find creative ways to cultivate talent pipelines for niche skillsets via advanced sourcing, outreach, local networking and use of social media. Perform full life‑cycle recruiter functions of job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations and new hire follow‑up. Attend and participate in networking activities outside of the organization. Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates. Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure a positive representation of our company brand and reputation within the marketplace. Ensure all recruiting and interviewing processes are aligned with state and federal laws. Manage the orientation and onboarding process for all new hires. Assist hiring managers with onboarding and training plans as needed. Skills & Experience Requirements 1+ year of experience in a professional environment, experience working as a recruiter required. Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing work environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization and collaboratively within the Talent Acquisition Team. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Strong organization skills, including time management and multi‑tasking. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
