Michel Dental in Topeka, Kansas is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleanings, scaling, and root planing to improve patients’ oral health. Take digital X-rays and assist with diagnostic procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care. Work closely with the dental team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and provide thorough documentation of procedures performed. Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, ensuring they feel at ease during visits. Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license in the State of Kansas. Local Anesthesia Certification or eligibility for licensure. Passion for providing outstanding patient care and educating patients about oral health. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, lasting relationships with patients. Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in the office. Schedule & Compensation Monday‑Friday schedule; no evenings, weekends, or holidays. Hourly pay range: $40–$47 per hour, with potential for bonuses.
