Sales & Event Communications Coordinator

ACCENT New Orleans DMC

Position Summary ACCENT New Orleans is looking for a highly organized, polished, and proactive Sales & Event Communications Coordinator to support business development, proposal execution, and brand communications in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment. Responsibilities Support revenue generation through sales coordination and proposal development Maintain CRM accuracy and assist with lead tracking and pipeline organization Create and execute social media and communication content that reinforces the company’s brand and positioning Ensure communication efforts support sales objectives and business development priorities Assist in keeping internal systems, follow‑up processes, and client‑facing materials organized and professional Work closely with leadership and operations to ensure alignment across sales, messaging, and execution Qualifications Strong organizational skills and excellent follow‑through Exceptional written communication and attention to detail Experience in sales support, proposal coordination, marketing communications, or CRM management The ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast‑paced office A professional, polished presence and sound judgment Hospitality, events, tourism, or service‑based business experience is a plus Why This Role Matters This is not simply a social media or administrative position.
