As a Community Sales Director (CSD), you lead marketing and sales strategy to drive occupancy and revenue growth for your community. What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a localized marketing and sales plan
• Assess market trends and competitive landscape
• Generate and nurture leads through the full sales process
• Conduct tours, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Build relationships with referral sources and local partners
• Track sales metrics and manage CRM systems
• Partner with leadership to meet occupancy and revenue goals

You serve as the face of the community—guiding families through their decision journey while positioning Sunrise as the provider of choice.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales and marketing experience (senior living preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
• Goal-oriented with a focus on occupancy growth
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay Range: 28.15 - 35.20
