Remote Director of Payor Audit & Regulatory Defense

Aeroflow Health is seeking a Director of Payor Audit & Regulatory Defense to lead a high-impact, multi-state audit program and elevate our governance posture. This remote-facing executive role reports to the Associate General Counsel and drives external Medicaid, Medicare, and payor audits with a coordinated legal voice.
