Responsibilities include: Directing day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants Preparing and administering medications as ordered by physician and performing other drug administration tasks Communicating changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family Completing required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge and transfer; charting and documenting per facility policy Qualifications Customer‑service oriented Registered Nurse (RN) – new graduate or experienced in long‑term care preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Committed to interacting professionally with residents, families and staff Graduated from an accredited nursing program Current state license as a Registered Nurse At least 1 year of experience as an RN in a long‑term care setting Natural problem‑solver with a compassionate approach to care We look forward to speaking with qualified candidates about the opportunity to provide excellent care to our residents and advance their careers at Edenbrook Omro.
