This Role Is for Someone Who… Loves listening to seniors’ stories and treats every resident with patience and respect Delivers care with compassion and precision—no shortcuts, no missed details Holds themselves to high standards and takes pride in doing things right the first time Balances kindness and efficiency, ensuring all responsibilities are completed accurately Is friendly, approachable, and a natural team player Steps in where needed and does whatever it takes for residents and teammates Position Summary The Wellness Nurse coordinates and supports resident service plans to meet health and wellness needs while promoting a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment. Working closely with the Resident Care Director, you will help lead and support Resident Care Aides (RCAs), ensure compliance, and serve as a trusted clinical resource for residents, families, and the care team.
