Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
Believe Therapies LLC
Job Description Job Description Description: Why Believe Therapies? We believe that "creating the best life for everyone" starts with our own team!
We want to help create a space that allows you to grow as clinicians and lead with confidence.
Clinical Excellence: Work in a child-led, one-on-one environment where your creativity and clinical skills are truly valued.
Efficient Documentation: We believe therapists should spend their energy helping clients reach their goals—not staring at a screen trying to finish progress notes. By integrating ambient AI documentation into our daily workflow, our clinical team saves hours of admin time every week, eliminating the post-session paperwork pileup and letting you leave work on time.
Leadership Development: We promote from within! We are committed to the growth and development of our team, and if leadership is a career goal of yours, we help you develop the skills you need to be true leaders in pediatric therapy.
Supportive Mentorship: We believe success happens through collaboration! Whether it is between clinical staff and management or between therapists and families, we know that working collaboratively helps us fulfill our mission in the best way possible.
Contracted Hourly Pay: We offer our clinicians a contracted hourly rate as well as a per-billable-hour model to offer peace of mind in having consistent compensation.
Comprehensive Benefits: We believe taking care of our employees goes beyond hourly compensation, which is why we offer a benefits package including 401(k) matching, CEU funds, flexible schedules, 8 paid holidays, and 3 weeks of PTO.
We are so excited to continue to grow our clinic and add another SLPA to our team! Clinical/Role Responsibilities We are looking for a SLPA with a passion for pediatrics to join our WONDERFUL team of clinicians as we serve the community by delivering the highest quality of care possible. Some of the job functions of this role include:
Executing the highest quality of service through a caring, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor to all clients and families, utilizing evidence-based practice and skills to assess, plan, and implement interventions.
Educate and counsel parents and caregivers on home-carryover strategies to support the child’s communication skills outside of the clinical environment, as well as the importance of attendance to their scheduled therapy appointments.
Conduct treatment sessions, providing required documentation within a timely manner.
Our Ideal Candidate At Believe, our values of Collaboration , Transparency , Supportive Mentorship , Opportunity , and Faith are at the heart of all we do. We are looking for a team member who embodies these values and is committed to the growth and development of our clinic, as we will be committed to the growth and development of your professional career! Interview Process We understand that there can be a lot of unknowns when it comes to applying for a new position! To help you feel as prepared as possible, here is a breakdown of what our interview process looks like!
After applying, we will reach out to you to schedule a quick phone call to chat about the role, ask you some initial questions, and just get to know you better! We want to make sure our clinic is the best fit for you and that this role aligns with your personal and professional goals.
From there, we do cognitive skills assessments with each of our applicants to determine your natural problem solving, teamwork, and attention to detail skills. This is a great way to show off those soft skills!
Your first interview will be in person so we get a chance to get to know you face-to-face, review your professional goals, and give you a tour of our clinic.
From there, we will do a quick virtual closing interview to go over employment details such as preferred schedule, start date, etc.!
Lastly, we send over a formal offer letter for your review and we get the honor of welcoming you to the Believe team!!!
