Hiring Event Interview Process: Complete internal application, testing(math, english and dexterity), and a panel style interview. \n

\nManufacturing experience is preferred; however we provide training. This is a non-exempt position with pay startingat $21.00 per hour . \n

What you should be good at \n
\n
\n

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
\n
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
\n
• Proficient in reading and interpreting standardized work instructions, safety guidelines, and operating manuals.
\n
• Strong practical judgment with the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately.
\n
• Competent in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
\n
• Skilled in manual dexterity, with the ability to efficiently produce various products in a work cell environment.
\n
• Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced setting.
