Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current California State licensure as an SLP
• Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
• Strong skills in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one speech and language therapy services to students, addressing a diverse range of communication needs
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans and progress reports
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and assessments
• Maintain accurate and timely records in line with school and regulatory guidelines
