Associate Veterinarian

About the Role We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join Cedar Creek Animal Clinic, a small animal general practice in Port Orchard, Washington, for a full‑time, four‑day workweek with scheduled surgery and dentistry days. The successful candidate will provide preventive wellness visits, same‑day sickness care, dentistry, and soft tissue elective procedures while supporting a humane, Fear‑Free® environment. Responsibilities Deliver reliable medical care and preventive visits to clients and their pets. Perform surgeries and dentistry with the support of assistants and LVTs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients when concerns arise. Collaborate with a supportive and collaborative team across all departments. Adhere to Fear‑Free® techniques daily. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree. State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of hire. Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
