Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading all human resource functions for a growing metal fabrication manufacturing facility. This role serves as a strategic business partner to plant leadership while maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor. The HR Manager will drive initiatives focused on staffing, employee retention, workforce development, engagement, culture, and employee relations to support operational excellence and business growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR leader with manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of attracting talent, reducing turnover, building strong workplace cultures, and developing high-performing teams.
