Your Responsibilities

• Strategically Source Candidates utilizing our state-of-the-art CRM/ATS, alongside your own connections and tools like our advanced communications platform.
• Maximize Our Platform to oversee candidates, organize outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that generate enduring benefits for clients while securing lucrative commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we work to elevate both our company and your professional presence.
