Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Executive to serve as an important point of contact for customers visitors and team members while supporting daily front office activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people providing excellent customer service staying organized and maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for front desk inquiries.
• Provide information about products services and company activities.
• Assist customers with routine questions and requests.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front desk area.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities.
• Receive and organize incoming mail deliveries and documents.
• Maintain accurate visitor customer and administrative records.
• Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks.
• Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members.
• Help coordinate communication between customers and office staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
