Responsibilities

• manage higher-acuity patients stepping down from intensive care who require close monitoring
• monitor continuous telemetry and hemodynamic status, recognizing and escalating changes promptly
• administer medications and iv therapy, including titratable drips approved for the unit, per facility protocol
• care for patients on high-flow oxygen and non-invasive ventilation when assigned

Travel Stepdown Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent stepdown experience.
• must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by michigan and national regulatory bodies.
