Key responsibilities include: Assisting customers with account inquiries and transactions Supporting online banking and digital tools Processing transfers and service requests Providing timely, accurate, and friendly solutions Building strong relationships through every interaction What You Bring You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
