Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to determine their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on assessments, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques appropriate for orthopedic patients.
• Utilize hands-on therapy methods and exercise regimens to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility in patients.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercises, self-management techniques, and preventive measures to enhance recovery and promote independence.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients experiencing a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and mobility disorders. Our clients range from active individuals seeking to return to sports to seniors aiming to regain their functional independence. By tailoring your treatment approaches, you will directly contribute to their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Must possess an active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• In-depth understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and pathology, combined with experience in applying manual therapy techniques and modalities.

Preferred Experience

• At least three (3) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation; internships or residencies are considered relevant experience.
• Exceptional proficiency in pain management strategies and therapeutic exercise prescription.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
