Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual therapy sessions via video and messaging services, developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Possession of a valid and independent clinical license recognized by state boards (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). \n
- Demonstrable commitment to building a therapeutic alliance with clients, leveraging strengths-based and person-centered methodologies. \n
- Active malpractice liability insurance coverage specific to individual practitioners. \n
- A complete, signed CAQH application along with an NPI number is required for onboarding. \n
- An established residence in the USA is essential for remote service delivery. \n

- Experience in providing telehealth services or familiarity with digital therapeutic platforms is highly advantageous. \n
- Demonstrated success working with a diverse clientele with various presenting issues. \n
- A strong background in crisis management techniques and interventions to effectively support clients in distress. \n
- Previous experience contributing to outcomes measurements and quality assurance in clinical settings is preferred. \n
Talkspace offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a monthly performance bonus incentive of up to $4,000 based on client engagement.
