Job Description As a Farmers Insurance Sales Producer you will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote our products. We will support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As your client base grows, your earning potential grows as well through a combination of performance earned bonuses and earned commission.

Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Be outstanding at relationship building. Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs. Market to local businesses Participate in marketing events Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Confident, works well independently. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Strong work ethic and leadership skills. Successful sales background 18 years or older Have P&C Insurance License and Life & Health Insurance License or willing to obtain!WE PAY FOR YOUR FIRST LICENSE TEST AND TRAINING!
