Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Communications Manager to focus on digital marketing and sales-focused communications. In this role, you will work across digital channels and subject areas to generate demand and leads for Tetra Pak's end-to-end portfolio of food processing, packaging, and services solutions. You will be part of the U.S. and Canada Communications team and work closely with global colleagues. You will also serve as a business partner to U.S. and Canada stakeholders in marketing, business development and trade shows/events. The position is based in Denton, Texas . You will be travelling 10-15% of your time to trade shows and conferences. Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States. What you will do Support development of global integrated marketing communications programs to drive brand and portfolio awareness and generate demand and leads Develop and execute localized integrated marketing communications programs to drive brand and portfolio awareness and generate demand and leads Manage digital communications channels and tools including marketing automation (Pardot), email marketing, website and lead management (Salesforce) Direct and strategic involvement with trade shows and other events (digital and in-person) Lead development of marketing collateral, including white papers, website content, videos, case studies, data sheets and presentations to support communication, demand generation, and sales efforts Develop strategies and messaging that communicate effectively with key audiences We believe you have Strong business acumen and a passion for leveraging communications expertise to drive business growth, engagement, and results Experience working with, and managing, external agency relationships Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field 5+ years of B2B marketing communications experience Expertise in digital communications and lead generation tools, methods and trends; experience with Pardot and Salesforce strongly preferred Collaborative mindset to establish good working relationships with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with native proficiency Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to pull and analyze digital marketing data to drive meaningful change Capability of managing multiple projects in parallel Ability to travel up to 15% of time The ability to lift more than 25 pounds Comfortable working events and trade shows We Offer You A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements This job posting expires on October 29, 2026.
