This attorney will partner closely with HR professionals, in-house counsel, and business leaders to provide practical, strategic, and compliance-focused guidance tailored to each client's unique workforce, culture, and business objectives.Qualified candidates will have 3–6 years of experience counseling California, national, and multinational employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, employee relations, workforce reductions/restructurings, employee discipline and terminations, personnel policies, employment-related agreements, and emerging workplace compliance obligations. Experience with occupational health/safety law compliance and prevailing wage compliance strongly desired/preferred.Candidates should have substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and implementing employee handbooks, workplace policies, employment-related agreements, and other compliance-related documents. Experience conducting workplace audits, internal investigations, management training, and risk assessments is strongly preferred.This role requires the ability to identify legal and operational risks, develop practical and legally sound compliance strategies, and deliver actionable guidance that aligns with clients' business goals.
