Product Designer: Industrial Dashboards & AI UX

Viaanix is a team of engineers, architects, and problem-solvers building the platform that brings industrial operations to life. We're not looking for people who apply everywhere. We're looking for people who belong here. We build the future, not the present. 8+ Sensor to AI Full Stack 2012 Founded The Viaanix Standard What We Value Over Credentials No matter how much experience you have, we guarantee you'll learn something new every day. Viaanix works with emerging technology every single day. Builders, Not Talkers We ship things. Your code runs in oil refineries. Your firmware powers sensor networks across 200,000 sq ft of factory floor. If you'd rather build than present, you'll fit in. Curiosity Across the Stack At Viaanix, you'll touch hardware, cloud, AI, and the operations floor — sometimes in the same week. We don't want specialists who stop at the edge of their domain. We want people who ask \"how does that part work?\" Ownership Over Process No layers of approval. No six-month roadmap reviews. You own your features from architecture through deployment. Your decisions matter — and your name is on the work. Where You Fit Roles We're Always Looking to Fill We post specific openings when they're urgent, but great people don't wait for a perfect listing. If you see yourself in any of these areas — we want to hear from you. All roles are based in Wichita, KS. Hybrid and on-site options available. What We Offer Built for People Who Build We take care of our people. It's a family, not a corporate environment. Less meetings, more work. Health insurance Conference & learning budget Equity participation Equal Opportunity Employer. Viaanix evaluates candidates based on their skills, experience, and potential — not their background, identity, or where they went to school. If you can build, you belong here.
