What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their unique needs.
• Recommend personalized insurance solutions that provide real peace of mind.
• Generate new business through referrals, lead follow-up, and networking.
• Review coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients.
• Educate customers so they can make confident insurance decisions.
• Deliver exceptional service that creates loyal, lifelong customers.

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License.
• Confident and comfortable having sales conversations.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
