Lab Technician Rochester Hills, MI - 48309 Shift Timings: Monday -Friday , 6.00 AM -2:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 Must Haves - Test Equipment Experience such as Taber, Martindale, Crockmeter, Veslic, Instron, Bally JD: Work as part of a team environment to perform specification testing accurately and consistently for both annual validation as well as the development of new products to ensure we are constantly providing consistent and high quality test results in a timely and efficient manner. Your work will include, but not be limited to: Follow written work instructions in preparing laboratory specimens for testing. Verify the quality of leather submissions for all test specimens. Responsible for performing all specimen cutting correctly and without deviations. Opening of packages and labeling of hides received from production facilities. Filing of laboratory worksheets and test specimens in the storage area. General laboratory cleanup and maintenance. Your Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Laboratory experience preferred.
