Sr Healthcare Data Analytics Consultant

Sr Healthcare Data Analytics Consultant Locations: This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if the candidate resides within a commuting distance from an office. This position is not eligible for current or future VISA sponsorship. How You Will Make an Impact Creates and maintains databases to track business performance. Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures. Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g., for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies. Creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports. May devise diagnostic and/or tracking data to translate business requirements into usable decision‑support tools. May make recommendations based upon data analysis. Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs. May collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products. Establishes, improves, and optimizes the consolidating processes for forecast and month‑end results. May require strong knowledge of products as well as internal business models and data systems. Acts as the central contact with internal departments and external auditors. Minimum Requirements BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Experiences and Competencies Predictive analysis experience using large healthcare or pharmacy datasets. Experience utilizing SAS, Python, and R. MS degree preferred; 3‑5 years of health data analysis or related experience. Experience with relational databases and familiarity with query tools and statistical software. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent leadership, planning, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and develop action plans to address issues or concerns.
