Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of our company by creating positive experiences with every phone call.
• Provide efficient accurate and customer-focused assistance for all incoming calls.
• Support customers by identifying the correct automotive parts offering product options and finalizing sales over the phone.
• Develop a strong understanding of the parts services and solutions we provide.
• Uphold our Never Say No values by offering all available product options and solutions.
• Process orders returns and inquiries accurately within our systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily call center operations.
• Maintain professionalism accuracy and a high level of product knowledge in every interaction.

Schedule
Full time Monday-Friday8am-5pm.

Job Requirements:

• Previous 3 yearsexperience in automotivefield.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills.
• Must be at least 18years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
  • No major violations
  • No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
  • No more than one at-fault accident
• Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
