Why Machine Operators join the Omega Flex team: Day Shift and Night Shift Available: Day shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm. Night shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm. Omega Flex has been in business since 1975 and continues to be in demand for their high-quality products. We are currently looking for Extruders, Segmentersand Testers. Extruders – setting up andoperatinga machine that willcoatingcorrugated flexible metal hose. Produces sheets of stock metal, plastic, and rubber in the cylinders.Produce pipes and uses machines to blend over the cylinders for production Segmenters – accurately cutting materials according to specifications and testing hoses for any imperfections. Testers – Testingand spooling the flexible hose before it is sent out. Essential duties/responsibilities: Remove and replace forming dies, sizingrollersand drive beltsin accordance withsetup specifications. Butt weld or splice start piece to coil stock, set haul off speeds and welding controls. Cut sample weld joint and examine under microscope. Run work in process in accordance with scheduled work order. Postproduction data to inventory usage report. Perform preventative maintenance and minor repair and adjustments to equipment.
