divh2Operations Manager/h2pCamping World is seeking an Operations Manager for our growing team./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliMaximizes installation sales, installation fees and service fees through ensuring quality, timely product installations and repairs/liliSupervises daily Service Department activities/liliSupervises shop personnel providing support with technical installations/liliTrains employees on new products and safety procedures/liliMonitors and reviews work schedules, customer letters and comments, technician productivity and labor control reports/liliTracks monthly departmental results/liliReviews departmental budget with Service Manager to maximize installation sales and fees/liliAssures productivity standards are met/liliProvides cradle to grave customer service/liliMay answer phones and provide assistance/liliMaintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers/liliPerforms other miscellaneous duties as assigned/liliMay cross train to perform other duties/li/ulh3What Youll Need to Have for the Role:/h3ulliAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals/liliAbility to handle multiple tasks, plan and prepare work schedules for optimum coverage/liliAbility to communicate in a professional and tactful manner/liliAbility to prioritize work assignments analyze and write reports/liliAbility to provide accurate and helpful information to customer/liliAbility to handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes/liliWillingness to accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from management/liliSome supervisory experience preferred/liliBasic math skills/liliComprehensive knowledge of product installation activities/liliWorking knowledge of the activities, methods, procedures and policies of a Service Department environment/liliGeneral knowledge of products, installation schedules, product prices and current sale items/liliForklift experience/certification preferred or ability to be certified required/liliValid Drivers License Required/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/liliProlonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/liliExposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment/liliEnvironmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay.
