Location: Shiloh, IL Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: 7:00am–4:00pm

Why This Role Matters You play a key role in the patient experience and diagnostic process by ensuring accurate specimen collection while creating a safe and supportive environment for every patient.

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Collect, label, and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
• Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are labeled accurately in the patient's presence
• Maintain required documentation and records with strong attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort
• Work independently to complete daily tasks accurately and on time
• Travel between locations as needed to support patient service centers or in-office phlebotomy

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong technical skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel between sites as needed
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
