Electrical Preventive Maintenance Technician

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Electrical Preventive Maintenance Technician to support semiconductor fab facility work for a growing general contractor supporting TSMC P1 projects in North Phoenix. This role is ideal for a junior electrical or facilities technician with hands-on maintenance experience who is comfortable working in a safety-driven, fast-changing project environment.

Schedule: Project Schedule | Overtime as Needed
Pay Range: $27-$32/hr
Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities:
- Support electrical preventive maintenance activities on semiconductor fab/facility systems.
- Perform equipment rounds, readings, inspections, and basic maintenance checks.
- Assist with facility operation activities under supervision.
- Report abnormal equipment conditions, safety concerns, or maintenance issues.
- Follow site safety requirements, including PPE, LOTO, and electrical safety procedures.
- Work around controlled environments, cleanroom/fab areas, and active construction or facility zones.
- 2+ years of industrial, manufacturing, facilities, semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, or similar experience preferred.
- Basic electrical or facility maintenance knowledge required.
- Comfortable working in a semiconductor fab/project site environment.
- Familiarity with PPE, LOTO, and electrical safety practices.
- NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred or obtainable.
- Bilingual Mandarin/English is a plus, but not required.
- Previous TSMC, UIS, or semiconductor construction/facility experience is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
