The Speech Therapy SLP will practice within a high-performing Skilled Nursing Facility environment supported by a collaborative Post-Acute Care Facility, Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Transitional Care Center, and Subacute Care Facility structure delivering It is comprehensive rehabilitation program, which includes 24-hour skilled nursing alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapies tailored for both short-term recovery and long-term stays.
