Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop an effective content strategy aligned with our brand identity, target audience, and business goals. This includes identifying key messaging, content themes, and creating a content calendar.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and curate compelling marketing content for various platforms, including website landing pages, product descriptions, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and more. Your content should showcase our data center infrastructure products' benefits, features, and solutions we provide to potential customers.
• SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and increase traffic to our website. Implement relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices.
• Product Education: Develop educational content that helps customers understand the technical aspects of our products, such as installation guides, how-to videos, and comparison articles to assist in their purchasing decisions.
• Collaboration with Design and Video Teams: Work closely with the design and video production teams to create visually appealing and informative content that aligns with our brand.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to data center infrastructure. Use this knowledge to develop insightful and relevant content.
• Email Marketing: Craft engaging and personalized email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and encourage repeat business from existing customers.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing content through analytics tools and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven ecommerce experience as a B2B Marketing Content Specialist, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools like Semrush.
• Ability to understand complex technical info and translate them into clear, accessible content.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
