Entry Level Sales Representative

Overview Home Genius Exteriors is one of the fastest-growing companies in the country, expanding from $3M to $200M in five years. We are seeking ambitious, entry‑level sales individuals to join our growing team in a dynamic environment. Primary Job Responsibilities Develop and execute multiple marketing strategies Promote Home Genius products and services to new and existing clients Participate in training opportunities on a weekly basis Deliver interactive sales presentations of our products and services Not a remote position Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to speak publicly with confidence Open‑mindedness with a passion for ongoing learning and self‑growth Ability to work Monday – Saturday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (5 of these 6 days) Salary & Benefits Hourly pay: $17.25 – $22.00 plus bonuses (average hourly pay with bonuses $25–$30) Base annual salary: $65,000 – $90,000 Full medical, dental, life, and disability insurance plans (customizable) Access to the latest technology to help you reach earnings goals faster Company trips: quarterly launches and annual trips to Cancun/Bahamas Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid vacations and paid time off Bonus pay Schedule 8‑hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability (Monday – Saturday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm) License/Certification Driver's License (Required) Work Location On the road #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Genius Exteriors
