Bring our brand to life through creative content, strategic marketing, and storytelling. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and support company growth. This hands-on role will lead social media strategy, create compelling photo and video content, develop marketing materials, and showcase our people and construction projects across multiple platforms.

This is a part-time opportunity expected to work 18-28 hours per week. We can be flexible on the schedule, but a set schedule must be agreed upon. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives aligned with company goals, business objectives, and sales priorities.
• Manage daily social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.
• Create photography and videography of construction projects, crews, company activities, and other marketing initiatives.
• Design marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, billboards, presentations, sales support materials, and other promotional materials.
• Monitor marketing and social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate marketing projects, events, vendors, and outside resources as needed.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and stay current with industry, marketing, social media and customer trends.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently.
• Travel between offices, job sites, events, and other locations as necessary to support marketing initiatives.
• Assist with planning and hosting company events and determine appropriate marketing support and promotional activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of marketing, advertising, social media, and brand development.
• Strong photography, videography, and photo/video editing skills.
• Strong graphic design and creative content development skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with social media and content editing platforms, including Canva, CapCut, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
• Willingness to learn Google Ads and marketing performance monitoring.
• A drone license is not required but must be obtained during employment in this position.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze marketing results and make recommendations based on performance.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A creative, self-motivated, and innovative approach to marketing.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of professional marketing, advertising, communications, or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
