Production Worker - General Laborer/Packer (1st Shift)

Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker - General Laborer/Packer (1st Shift) to join their team. As a Production Worker - General Laborer/Packer (1st Shift), you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $19-$20 per hour.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6am - 4pm

What's the Job?

• Ensure safety and food safety requirements are met and follow all plantwide GMPs.
• Measure, weigh, count, and package products and materials according to specifications.
• Examine and inspect bags, pouches, and totes to ensure proper specifications are followed.
• Perform repetitive lifting of 50lb bags safely and efficiently.
• Report all food safety and quality issues to the appropriate personnel for immediate action.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good attendance record.
• Previous experience of 3-6 months in a related field preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and GMP procedures diligently.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
