Shealy Lampp is seeking an experienced M&A sales professional who knows how to earn the trust of serious acquisition buyers and convert that trust into signed advisory engagements.

You will not be responsible for generating your own leads. We provide them—all of them.

We invest multiple six figures in lead generation alone , producing a constant flow of high-quality inbound buyer inquiries seven days a week . There is no shortage of incoming opportunities. We are hiring sales professionals to serve that demand—not asking them to create it.

Your pipeline starts with us—not with prospecting

At Shealy Lampp, you will not spend your day building prospect lists, purchasing leads, or cold-calling strangers to create a pipeline.

Leads are delivered directly into our proprietary sales platform and are available immediately when you log in. Our lead-generation operation runs seven days a week, continuously bringing prospective acquisition buyers into our business.

These are inbound inquiries from people exploring business acquisitions. Your responsibility is to respond promptly, assess their needs and readiness, explain our services, and guide suitable prospects toward the right engagement.

You own the sales process—not the lead-generation process. That includes meaningful conversations, disciplined follow-up, and a clear path from initial interest to a signed client agreement.

What you will sell

We help entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors identify businesses to acquire through paid acquisition search and buy-side advisory services.

You will sell engagements to buyers who want professional support finding acquisition opportunities that match their objectives.

Our average engagement is $7,500 , with our largest package at $35,000

This is a consultative sale. Success requires understanding a buyer's acquisition criteria, identifying where they need support, and demonstrating how our services address those needs.

Your primary responsibility is securing advisory clients and handing them over to our fulfillment team—not personally conducting every search or negotiating acquisition transactions.

Compensation that rewards performance

You earn 15% commission on the service packages you sell.

A $7,500 engagement earns you $1,125 in commission.

A $35,000 engagement earns you $5,250 in commission.

These are per-sale commission illustrations, not guaranteed earnings. Commission eligibility and payment terms will be documented in the compensation agreement.

Who will excel here

We are looking for a proven sales professional with experience in mergers and acquisitions, business brokerage, buy-side advisory, or closely related acquisition services , together with a demonstrated ability to close high-ticket engagements.

You should be able to:

• Build credibility with acquisition buyers. Understand their goals, investment criteria, timelines, and concerns, and lead a substantive conversation without relying on a rigid script.
• Close high-trust professional services. Explain scope and fees clearly, handle objections thoughtfully, and earn commitments without pressure tactics or unrealistic promises.
• Manage an active inbound pipeline. Respond quickly, follow up consistently, maintain accurate CRM records, and take ownership of moving qualified opportunities forward.

Experience selling advisory retainers, acquisition-search mandates, or other high-value professional services is particularly relevant.
