Customer Service Team Member

As a member of the customer service team, you are the face of our company and the driver of our top-notch service.

You take care of our guests by demonstrating genuine hospitality, ensuring their order is correct, and providing a clean environment for them to enjoy their meal.

Your number one priority is to serve the guests, even if that means helping colleagues in different stations.

This is a part-time position, not exempt (hourly), with several shifts available between 11:00 and 16:00!

No experience required!

We are not a fast food franchise, we are a hospitality company that simply serves chicken.

Company Information

The founder of Chick-fil-A, Inc., S. Truett Cathy, started the business in 1946, when he and his brother Ben opened a restaurant in Atlanta known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House). Over the years, that restaurant thrived and led Cathy to drive the success of his business. In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. From the beginning, we have served chicken that is whole breast, no fillers or added hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Fresh products are delivered to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are squeezed and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yes, thats all) to make Chick-fil-A lemonade. It may not be the easy way, but its the only way we know.
