Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Duty Weekend Night Shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Opa-Locka / Miami Matrix Home Health Care provides services throughout Florida. Job Description Matrix Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate weekend night shift private duty/home care case in the Opa-Locka/Miami area. This is a one-on-one skilled nursing opportunity for an RN who is comfortable providing care in the home setting during overnight hours. Location: Opa-Locka / Miami, FL Position Type: Private Duty / Home Care Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Start: Immediate need Setting: One-on-one care in the home Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home Monitor the patient throughout the overnight shift Follow the patient’s plan of care Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Maintain patient safety, comfort, and care needs overnight Report any changes in condition to the clinical team Complete accurate and timely documentation Communicate with the family, caregivers, and clinical team as needed Maintain a professional and compassionate care environment Requirements Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Previous home care or private duty nursing experience preferred Reliable transportation Availability to work Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care Weekly pay via direct deposit Supportive clinical leadership One-on-one patient care in the home setting Potential for additional shifts based on availability and case needs Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
