As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist and clinical team in providing exceptional pediatric dental care while helping create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures and exams
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with state regulations
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Preferred qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in accordance with state requirements
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols
• Experience working in a pediatric dental environment is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
