This role is focused on building and launching campaigns — not backend development or heavy technical work. You’ll be working with established platforms and templates to set up campaigns, manage lists and journeys, and optimize engagement across email channels. What You’ll Do Build and launch email campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and HubSpot Set up email journeys, workflows, and basic automations Manage segmentation, lists, and triggers Execute A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls to action Ensure emails follow best practices for deliverability and compliance Monitor performance and make simple optimizations Collaborate with internal stakeholders on timing, messaging, and goals What You Don’t Need to Do No custom development or coding No data engineering or API work This is an execution-focused marketing role , not a technical consultant position.
