Live-In Caregiver – 24-Hour In-Home Support Block Schedule | Private Room & Meals | Downers Grove

Stable, Block Scheduling: Work 3–4 consecutive days on, then enjoy multiple days off—perfect for work-life balance.

Private Space & Meals: Comfortable bedroom, Wi-Fi, and shared meals provided during each live-in shift.

How You’ll Brighten Each Day

Personal Care with Dignity – Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility exercises.

Healthy Home & Meals – Plan, prep, and serve nutritious meals; keep the home tidy with light housekeeping and laundry.

Medication & Wellness Oversight – Provide timely reminders and track basic health indicators.

Companionship & Engagement – Chat, play games, accompany walks, and support social outings or errands.

Family & Team Communication – Maintain clear, respectful updates with loved ones and the care team.

What You Bring

Prior experience as a live-in caregiver, home health aide, or PCA preferred.

Confidence with safe transfers and basic housekeeping/cooking.

Must be able to transfer clients with a mechanical lift or pivot transfer

Compassionate, reliable, and mindful of privacy in a client’s home.
