Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred. Ability to conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress accurately. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
